Humankind is a program based around stories of principle and character. It presents the narrative of everyday people living a life of compassion, service, generosity, and the profound difference they have made within their own communities. They experience trials, hardship, accomplishments, and catharsis, and Humankind is there to bring audiences along the journey. 

David Freudberg, Executive Producer of Humankind, has written and edited more than 700 productions of such extraordinary people. These include a long list of nationally broadcast documentaries on themes like human values, personal growth and recovery.
