Club 88 with Bob Carroll
Bob Carroll's Club 88 airs Sundays from 6-8 pm.
The Music of America airs Wednesdays from 7-9 pm.
With two programs on KUNR -- and only on KUNR -- veteran Reno Broadcaster Bob Carroll brings to his audience more than 50 years of experience in the broadcasting business.
Both programs have Bob's love, the history of entertainment in our area, and his passion in common, along with this aim: keeping alive some of the great music of the past with stars like Frank Sinatra, Peggy Lee, Perry Como, Glen Miller and Benny Goodman. It is the music so rare today that is important to Bob and to his audience.
Bob was Reno's first Television News Director/Anchor. He is a former radio station owner and he established a major advertising agency. Bob lists among his many accomplishments the fact he is a licensed pilot and for several years broadcast traffic reports to several Reno radio stations.

A recent Reno Gazette-Journal article featured Bob for his 55th anniversary on the air. Here's a link to the Aug. 7, 2011 article.
