Air Date: 05/07/13 Kids struggle with morning chores.  Parents often have evening routines for coaxing children into bed.  But frequently, parents will leave mornings to chance. Just as a bedtime routine makes it much easier to put children to bed, morning routines make it much easier to get children out the door.   This week Cheryl suggests making a map with your children of what needs to be done.  She offers many suggestions for how to communicate and what to have children do based on their age.  Establish an agreement that the TV doesn't come on until the morning chores are done.  Allow kids to learn from their mistakes, and help them through it from start to finish.   Hear more suggestions on how to help your family through morning routines on this week's edition of Parenting with Cheryl Erwine.
