Air Date: 10/25/12 Not to suggest men are off the hook and don't have to do their share of the work around the house, but men frequently don't "see" what woman see in terms of what needs to be accomplished. Many wives are concerned they shouldn't have to point out everything that needs to be done. Dr. Jankovich responds that it is frequently the only way it works out. There is no evidence to suggest why men don't "see" what women do. It isn't fair, it's true, but it isn't worth being angry about and creating distance in the relationship. After all, much of married life isn't what we imagined as a child.
