It's easier to remmeber things if we make a mental picture. We have learned that abstract ideas are tougher to remember than concrete data. Simply reading about something isn't as effective as watching someone else do something and then do it yourself. Most importantly is the effect memory has in a relationship. Woman are better at remembering the emotional context of situations better than men. And these situations can lead to stress.
