This week Cheryl talks about an opinion she read in the letters to the editor posing the question: "What is the world coming to when parents fear going to jail for disciplining their children?" It's a good question. There are times when these laws cause misfires and hassles putting perfectly normal families through embarrassing weeks with social workers. But these laws serve a very crucial purpose. Children should know that nobody has the right to injure or hurt them.
