State Democrats signed off on a redistricting plan Monday. It was proposed by a panel of court appointed special masters. There was one slight problem: the group figured out the maps use an old address for Democratic Assemblyman William Horne, putting him in the same proposed district with another Democratic Assemblyman, Marcus Conklin. But they say the error can be fixed with a small adjustment.Republican lawmakers didn't file a response to the maps by the 5 p.m. deadline, but both parties have accused each other in the past of using redistricting for political gain.Voting boundaries are redrawn every 10 years based on Census data.
