Kathy Baldock is an Evangelical Christian who advocates on behalf of the LGBT community for equality and acceptance in conservative Christian churches. Her new book, “Walking the Bridgeless Canyon: Repairing the Breach between the Church and the LGBT Community” details the rocky history of homosexuality in America, how the Bible is used as a tool for exclusion, and what she and her colleagues are doing to change this conversation. Reno Public Radio's Esther Ciammachilli sat down with Baldock to learn more.
