Nevada students compete for cash and scholarships at the 10th Annual Poetry Out Loud Program.  It's Saturday, the 14th from noon to 3pm at the Siena Hotel.  Danna O'Connor chats with Larry DeVincenzi about the Nevada Arts Council program.
