Reid talks NV politics, Tesla and economy

Senate Majority Leader Harry Reid isn't get his hopes up about Tesla, believes the Democrats will win all the major races in Nevada and won't get in the middle of the debate over the Margins Tax. Those were some of the topics addressed by Reid when he visited the studios of Reno Public Radio this week.

Here are some of the highlights:

Reid says he's not optimistic about getting more funding for Lake Tahoe restoration projects.

While he'd love to see Tesla end up here, Reid isn't counting on it. The bottom line, he says, is that Nevada's number one economic priority should always be tourism.

Finally, Reid says he isn't worried about Governor Brian Sandoval running against him in 2016.
