Nevada and Tesla Motors have made it official: the electric car maker has selected a site in Northern Nevada for its coveted battery factory. Reno Public Radio's Will Stone reports the governor revealed some of the details behind the agreement, which could generate billions of dollars for Nevada, but also requires huge tax breaks.

Governor Brian Sandoval has created an incentives package that must be approved by the state legislature with more than a billion dollars in tax breaks for Tesla. Reno Public Radio's Will Stone attended Thursday's press conference making that announcement and he spoke with Michelle Bliss who was here in the studio to provide the latest details.
