Philadelphia ends vaccine mandate for indoor dining, looks toward dropping mask requirement

Philadelphia ended its vaccine mandate for indoor dining on Wednesday. The city’s health commissioner says the indoor mask mandate could end in a few weeks if cases continue to drop.
