Trump says he's a target of the federal grand jury investigation into the Jan. 6 riot

Former President Donald Trump alleged that he received a target letter from Special Counsel Jack Smith on Sunday indicating he may be criminally indicted in the Jan. 6 riot. Smith is leading the federal government’s probe into the efforts to overturn the 2020 election.
