Prince Charles to Marry Camilla Parker Bowles

Britain's Prince Charles announces he plans to marry his longtime companion, Camilla Parker Bowles. The nuptials will be held at Windsor Castle on April 8. Ingrid Seward from Majesty magazine discusses the engagement.
