Tennessee governor signs bill criminalizing mail-order abortion pill

Tennessee Gov. Bill Lee has signed a bill that ups the criminal penalties for the distribution of abortion medications. The bill bans the distribution of abortion medication unless the pill is prescribed in person by a physician.
