Congress spending agreement needed by Jan. 19

Some parts of the government will start to run out of money on Jan. 19 if Congress doesn’t agree on government spending.

Rep. Rosa DeLauro, a Democrat from Connecticut, joins host Scott Tong to discuss the looming deadline for lawmakers to fund the government.
