Scientists discover 11th-century astrolabe with Arabic, Hebrew markings

Scientists have discovered an 11th-century astrolabe with Arabic inscriptions and Hebrew writings, highlighting a period when scholarship and the sharing of ideas flourished during a time when Muslims ruled much of present-day Spain.
