Citing the 'Deep State,' Trump overhauls the intelligence community

The catastrophic 9-11 attack forced the CIA and the other U.S. intelligence agencies to overhaul their way of doing business. They did, and the U.S. hasn't been hit like that in the past 25 years. But now, critics say, President Trump is dismantling much of what was built.
