Consumer Financial Protection Bureau funding structure ruled constitutional

The Supreme Court ruled that the funding structure for the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau does not violate the Constitution. If the court had chosen not to side with the CFPB, the ruling would have had major implications for federal agencies and programs like Social Security and Medicare.
