White House withholds $7 billion in school funding

The Trump administration is withholding $7 billion in funding for schools that was approved by Congress and set to be distributed this week.

Justine McDaniel, national news reporter with The Washington Post, joins us to discuss why the White House is withholding money set aside for after-school and English-language learning programs.
