The holiday season is in full swing. In this installment of the health watch is a conversation about healthy eating and weight management during this time of year. Here to talk about that is Karmella Thomas, a registered dietician and manager of the University of Nevada School of Medicine’s Wellness and Weight Management Center on the UNR campus.  She talks with Richelle O’Driscoll, director of public affairs for the Division of Health Sciences and School of Medicine.
