Sierra Arts Foundation Book Fest
Sierra Arts Foundation will host its first Sierra Arts Book Fest on Saturday, Oct. 11, from 10 a.m.–4 p.m. in downtown Sparks next to the train. This free, family-friendly festival will feature more than two dozen local authors, poets, and illustrators, along with book readings, signings, kids crafts, a Magical Fairy Village, raffles, and refreshments. Guests are encouraged to dress as their favorite literary characters and enjoy a day celebrating northern Nevada’s vibrant literary community.
