Richardson: N. Korean Envoys Reject Nuclear Aims

New Mexico Gov. Bill Richardson says North Korean envoys told him Saturday that the isolated nation "has no intentions of building nuclear weapons." But in the past two days, North Korea has abandoned a global nuclear treaty and hinted it will resume ballistic missile tests. NPR News reports.
