Registration is open for KIDS University Spring Break Camps, which take place daily during the week of March 23 on the University of Nevada, Reno campus.

𝗦𝗼, 𝗬𝗼𝘂 𝗪𝗮𝗻𝘁 𝘁𝗼 𝗕𝗲 𝗮 𝗖𝗼𝗺𝗽𝗼𝘀𝗲𝗿? (ages 10-14): Campers will step into the role of a composer and explore how music works through creating, listening and discovery. They will learn the basics of music theory and history while creating original pieces. No prior music experience is needed.

𝗦𝗽𝗿𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗔𝘄𝗮𝗸𝗲𝗻𝗶𝗻𝗴: 𝗧𝗶𝗺𝗲 𝘁𝗼 𝗕𝗹𝗼𝗼𝗺 (ages 9-12): Shake off the winter blues and let your creativity blossom with a springtime art immersion. Campers will make clay plant pots, holiday scrapbooks, polymer clay charms, mixed media pieces on canvas or vision boards, and watercolor paintings.

𝗦𝗽𝗿𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗜𝗻𝘁𝗼 𝗦𝗽𝗮𝗰𝗲 (ages 7-10): The camp is about learning all about the wonders of what lies beyond earth. Campers will explore the celestial events of spring through hands-on activities, crafts and a trip to Fleischmann Planetarium.
