Headed by lead singer and harmonica player Carolyn Dolan, they’re sure to get you into the spirit of rock and roll and those nostalgic, classic car lines.Carolyn Dolan has been entertaining audiences for over 30 years and was voted Best of Tahoe Female Singer in 1995. She was also nominated for two Forte Awards in 2016 and 2017 for best vocalist, Recently, she was also nominated by the Tahoe Arts Alliance for Best Musician 2020.

Journey” featuring music that reflects adventure, discovery, and the enduring pull of home. At the center of the
program is Sir Edward Elgar’s delightful choral cycle “From the Bavarian Highlands” performed with the Diablo
Valley Philharmonic Orchestra, conducted by Owen Lee. This work, inspired by Elgar’s and his wife’s holidays in
the Bavarian Alps, captures scenes from their travels including lively village dances, peaceful mountain chapels,
alpine hunts, and evenings spent in warm company. Come experience a variety of contemporary and classical
music that celebrates the wonder of travel and the joy of returning home!

Lifelong friends and colleagues Nico Rhodes and Patrick Courtin set off on a divine quest to redeem the keyboard and reinstate its reputation as the greatest instrument of ALL TIME! Armed with the music of the greatest composers, songwriters and performers of the past 300 years, and the technology of the 21st century, Nico and Patrick deliver everything from classical piano raptures to bombastic boogie woogie in their show Piano Heist: Keyboard Explosion!

Nico is an in-demand arranger/musical director in Canada, with 40 stage musicals to his credit. He’s written 400 original compositions, four original musicals and arranged two symphonic pops concerts. In 2019, he was honored with Nanaimo’s Emerging Cultural Leader Award. Patrick is classically trained (Royal Conservatory of Music) and holds a Bachelor of Music in Jazz Studies from Vancouver Island University. He has directed musical theatre productions, played in recording sessions, created music for film + TV, and toured across Canada, the United States and China.

This 60-minute family-friendly performance is presented with FREE ADMISSION in the Pioneer Center Theater. Seating is first come, first served. Doors open 1 hour prior to showtime.
