Republican Presidential candidate Donald Trump will headline a fundraising dinner in Lake Tahoe next week.

The Nevada Republican Party is hosting the dinner at Harrah's Lake Tahoe in Stateline, NV, on Friday, Aug. 26.

General admission is $200 while a VIP table is going for $5,000.

Trump's state director, Charles Munoz , says Northern Nevada can expect more candidate visits heading into the general election.

“Washoe is the swing county in the swing state, so we’re going to invest a significant amount of resources in the state. Not just in terms of dollars and staff and advertising, but also by candidate visits,” he says. “Mike Pence was just here in Carson City and Reno… so, we’re going maintain that.”

Pence will be back in Nevada for an event in Henderson this Wednesday.

The Nevada Republican Party launched a campaign office in Reno over the weekend, in a space previously occupied by the Bernie Sanders' campaign.

The visits come as the Nevada GOP opened a new campaign office in Reno over the weekend, attracting several hundred people.

The new office, just off Keystone Avenue, will serve as the central headquarters for the Trump campaign and local volunteers and organizers trying to preserve Republican majorities in the Nevada legislature.

Several local candidates and party officials addressed the crowd on Saturday, urging party unity.

"Even if he [Trump] says stuff that makes you cringe, or occasionally says something that you say, "Ugh, I wish he didn't say that,' he is our Republican nominee for president," said Lisa Krasner, Assembleywoman from District 26. "And the only other choice is Hillary Clinton, and we already know her agenda."
