Join us at the Fleischmann Planetarium and Science Center on the First Friday of each month at 6pm for an out-of-this-world combination of Art and Science. Each monthly program will feature a talented local musician, paired with a special Full-Dome program in our 360° theater.

Carolyn Dolan & Big Red are back with soulful funk and blues sounds. Headed by lead singer and harmonica player Carolyn Dolan, they’re sure to get you into the spirit of rock and roll and those nostalgic, classic car lines.Carolyn Dolan has been entertaining audiences for over 30 years and was voted Best of Tahoe Female Singer in 1995. She was also nominated for two Forte Awards in 2016 and 2017 for best vocalist, Recently, she was also nominated by the Tahoe Arts Alliance for Best Musician 2020.

About the Event
Doodle Your Soul is back with their famously awesome and creative Kid's Arts & Crafts Class! Come in this Saturday from 12-3pm to enjoy creating art and take home what you make.
This is completely free, but we ask you to RSVP to make sure we have plenty of supplies.
Adult supervision is required for the duration of the class.

This is Sierra Watercolor Society's newest exhibit of original watercolor paintings by local artists--available for purchase or just to enjoy. Free, and appropriate for people of all ages and all abilities, and you can vote for your favorite painting.

An Artists Reception, with refreshments, will be held on Saturday, March 21, from 2-4 p.m.: an opportunity to meet the artists whose work you are enjoying and to mingle with fellow art-lovers. Free and open to all.

Join us every Monday for Volunteer Tool Time at 635 E 4th St, where community members come together to help keep Reno rolling! From 10:00 am to 2:00 pm, volunteers assist with stripping bikes, fixing kids and burning man bikes, and supporting our mission to make cycling more accessible for everyone.

On the first Monday of each month, we also host a special evening session from 5:00 pm to 7:00 pm, perfect for those who can’t make it during the day or want a little extra wrenching time.

Whether you’re an experienced mechanic or totally new to bike tools, you’re welcome here. We’ll guide you, teach you, and work alongside you as we support our community together.
