Widowhood changes daily life in practical ways that are often overlooked, especially for men.

The truth is that many men are unprepared for the shift from shared decision-making and caregiving roles to managing life alone. Common misconceptions include assuming grief looks the same for everyone or that men naturally adjust without support or discussion.

This seminar examines widowhood from the male perspective, focusing on the realities of transitioning from “we” to “me.” Topics include changes in identity, household responsibilities, social connections, and decision-making after the loss of a spouse.

Attendees will hear directly from men who have experienced widowhood and gain clearer insight into what this transition involves and how it affects daily life.

This is a one-day event filled with camaraderie, music, education, and fun! Participants will start their day running through the music in the large group, break off into smaller sectionals to workshop with their sections, and then come back together for a "dress rehearsal" of sorts before we open the doors for a free public concert! Schedule will vary based on the ensemble(s) you plan to participate in, but that is the basic idea.

A 6-week Inclusive Music Program for Toddlers (18m-4 years) and their Caregivers.

Little Rainbows Music Play celebrates every child exactly as they are. The program welcomes children of all abilities, family structures, cultures, languages, and identities. Activities are sensory-friendly, adaptable, and emphasize joyful exploration rather than performance.
