Join us as we celebrate all things Peru. Reno Public Market is blessed with the presence of a very special restaurant in its midst called Cuzco. Cuzco will be celebrating their second anniversary in conjunction with Peruvian Independence Day. RPM will be filled with the music and dance of Peru, the art of Peru, and most importantly the cuisine of Peruvian culture. Feast on special offerings from Cuzco and dance to the music of this celebrated country.

The Unbound Chamber Music Festival presents its final concert ”Czech, Please!” with works by Hummel, Josef Suk and Dvořák (his delightful “Serenade for Strings” Performers include the Felici Piano Trio, and violinists Ambroise Aubrun, Susan Rishik and Rafael Rishik.

The music, mountains and lake truly come together at Classical Tahoe’s Chamber Concert Series at the Oasis, held on the exquisite lakefront estate of Ron and Maureen Ashley.

About the Event
Andy y su Orquesta Callao is a 10 member salsa music groups based in the SF Bay Area. The group was founded in 2004 by Andy Gutierrez, a singer from Peru who performed for Band Kache and Kalichin before starting his own group. Orquesta Callao is now a staple in the Bay Area salsa music scene, playing regularly in venues around the Bay Area including GlasKat, Roccapulco, and Cafe Cocomo as well as at festivals such as the Fillmore Salsa Festival. The group is playing as part of Viva el Peru!. Celebrating the culture, cuisine, and music of Peru. Members are Andy Gutierrez (Director & Singer), Ruby Rumbera (Singer), Aries Fuego (Singer), Sergio Duran (Percusion), Ivan Lino Montes (Percusion), Jake Jacobs (Percusion), Ryan Chesire (Percusion), Carlos Ramirez (Base), Jose Soto (Piano), Mara Fox (Brass), John (Brass), Rolf (Brass), Nathan (Brass), and more.

Classical Tahoe Music Festival returns for its 15th season July 11–Aug. 9, bringing four weeks of orchestral, jazz and chamber music performances to North Lake Tahoe. Featuring more than 70 musicians from across the country, the 2026 season includes orchestral masterpieces like Beethoven’s Symphony No. 7 and Tchaikovsky’s Piano Concerto No. 1, the return of Music in Motion with the Lake Tahoe Dance Collective, the Brubeck Jazz Summit celebrating jazz legend Dave Brubeck, family-friendly programming and a new chamber concert at Sugar Bowl Resort. Performances take place at the Ricardi Pavilion at the University of Nevada, Reno at Lake Tahoe and additional venues throughout Incline Village. The season also honors America 250 with concerts featuring American composers and themes. Tickets and full festival information are available at classicaltahoe.org.
