2026 election

Carson City residents have a new option for voting in this election — voters can skip the line and reserve a time to cast their ballot in person during early voting or on Election Day.

Nevada election officials are urging voters to return ballots sooner rather than later.

On Tuesday evening, KUNR Public Radio and Sierra Nevada Forums hosted an event with Nevada Secretary of State Cisco Aguilar, Deputy Secretary of State for Elections Mark Wlashchin, and Carson City Clerk-Recorder Scott Hoen about important election rights, laws and procedures.
