Community Health Alliance, Washoe County School District and Molina Healthcare of Nevada are hosting back-to-school vaccinations for students entering kindergarten and older.

Patients are asked to bring a valid photo ID, insurance card (if you have one), and a completed Vaccine Informed Consent Form, which can be filled out right on site or beforehand online at the CHA website www.chanevada.org. 

We also ask that clothing with easy access to the arm or leg be worn to administer any vaccines. 

For minors, a parent or legal guardian must be present to receive their vaccines. 

You may schedule an appointment by contacting Community Health Alliance directly at (775) 329-6300, or by visiting the CHA website at https://www.chanevada.org/services/back-to-school-vaccinations.

Walk-ins may also be accepted based on availability, though appointments are encouraged to reduce wait times.

About the Event
JJ Braves is a rock artist from Los Angeles on a mission to rattle the foundations of venues from coast to coast with his bombastic sound influenced by 80's radio hits blended with alternative rock from the 90's and 2000's. With JJ on stage you can expect massive electric guitar sounds, gigantic synths and soaring vocals supported by aggressive drums and a powerful stage presence that's sure to leave audiences energized and engaged. Purusa is an alternative rock band, originally formed in Portland in 1999 by lead singer Kris Kirkman and guitarist Zach Hinkelman. The band has built their reputation over the years touring throughout the West Coast with their blend of blues rock guitar and soul drenched vocals. They released top selling local albums and generated some modest college radio airplay nationally, leading them to share the stage with many national acts such as Joe Bonamassa, Sponge, Glen Phillips, Geoff Tate, Indigenous, Dada, Chris Whitley, OURS and more.

Join us for a guided tour of the Lake Mansion, built in 1877. Learn about the history and architecture of the Lake Mansion, as well as its significance in the history of the City of Reno. Your guide, courtesy of the Historic Reno Preservation Society, will take you on a trip to the past and enhance your knowledge of local history. This is a great tour for locals and out-of-town visitors alike.

Guided tour is free, but registration is required. One participant per registration

A bluegrass benefit concert supporting Sugar Pine Point State Park and our Tahoe State Parks!

Dance to professional live bluegrass bands overlooking the Big Blue at Sugar Pine Point State Park. Tasty food vendors, beer, and wine are available for purchase. Bring your low-back chairs, flashlights, and warm clothing.

Doors open at 4 pm. Music begins at 5 pm and goes until dark. General Admission presale $40 May 6 - July 15, $45 July 16 - July 31, and $50 at the door. Parking is $10**. This event has sold out in previous years, so we encourage you to pre-order your tickets.

VIP seating is available and includes special seating next to the stage, a personal concierge, and exclusive food and beverage service. Limited to 20.
